Honor's Birthday

Kate & I took Honor to eastgardens and bought her a new coat. Happy 16th Honor, we love you!!

Fancy Dress

Well Mask had a disco at the local school. The kids were excited but come the night they got so nervous. Anyway Alan and Michele lent Kate a Cinderalla dress and bought her a wig and she won. Dominic our neighbour also won a knights outfit. Geoffrey decided to watch the football with me. Lauren and Charlie were there too!

Sydney Olympic Park

Kate Geoff and I went out one afternoon to the Park at Homebush and rode their bikes while I followed them in my wheelchair

The course took use thru the mangroves of Homebush Bay, including crabs and shipwrecks.

THe fountain was really cool and the kids rode thru it.

Soccer

While I was travelling I received these messages form Kate and Geoff about Kates soccer.
Nice one Kate!!

Trip to Sale

I went to look at a boat in Sale. It was very nice,
I drove with Graeme and had stunning weather for the middle winter.
On the first night we stayed with Jodee and Andrew in Phillip ACT.
She made a stunning Osso Bocco on a bed of Risoni for us that was so succulent and aromatic with herbs.
Then in the morning she mad a dish of garlic onion beans and bacon with sourdough rye. OMG it was yummy. Graeme met a really nice girl in Canberra but she was a bit frigid,
hardly said a word, but se was always there. At midday we continued to Lakes Entrance after stopping in Cann River. The drive form Canberra was mostly all downhiil and beautiful Hardly a car in the road.

In the morning we continued to Sale to look at the boat which was terrific. We met Doug at the Port behind the Esso building and we motored down the river. Oh Oh is that fuel sprayin g out says Graeme. Yes - we stop and fix the engine with my car key! OK boat seen we head back to Sydney. Graeme drives from Cann River and we get home by midnight a reaaly fin drive. Perhaps the highlight was stopping at Cape Conran - what a wonderful diving and camping spot.
